My stay at Comfort Suites across I-70 was great, clean, and comfortable. I had a pleasant experience speaking to someone over the phone who offered me a better rate for the same room. However, there were significant cleanliness issues in the rooms, with blood all over the bathroom walls, sink, and baseboards.

Upon check-in, the room was clean and comfortable, although it tended to fluctuate between hot and cold. The room size was a bit small but well-appointed and cozy. The service, while friendly and knowledgeable, could have been better with maintaining cleanliness and addressing elevator issues. The location was easy to find, close to the interstate, and offered a bright and open atmosphere.
